Gastrointestinal Tube
– is a tube inserted through the belly. It brings nutrition directly through the stomach.
Nasogastric Tube
– is a special tube inserted through the nose. From there, it carries food and medicine to the stomach.
J Tube
– is a tube that is surgically placed directly to a patient’s small intestine to help with growth and nutrition.
